Join us for a powerful and joy-filled afternoon as we gather for Sankofa season and help us prepare for for our transformation. This is a culmination and a chance to honor the sacred stories, art, and community that have lived within these walls.

Together, we will celebrate the healing, conversations, and connections that the gallery has inspired. Enjoy an afternoon of celebration, reflection, breathwork and live music as we lift up the legacy of this sacred space and the community who made it come alive.

Featuring remarks from our very own Veronica Very and Hiawatha Davis, C’Ardiss “CC” Gardner Gleser, Zoey McLaughlin, K. Wyking Garrett, breathwork with Heru TchassAmen, and live music from the incomparable Mona and Lesa Terry.
