In the first half of this experience, you’ll be guided through a grounding breathwork and healing meditation led by the powerful Heru TchaasAmen, Ren Xue – Yuan Qigong Instructor and Buteyko Breathing Specialist. Set to live meditation music, this sacred practice will open your heart, calm your nervous system, and return you to yourself.
Then, allow yourself to lean into an unfiltered, vulnerable, and truth-telling conversation on Black love and relationships with Veronica Very and Hiawatha D. — partners in purpose and power — as they mark 7 years of sacred union.
