Dear Sista,

 

Find a comfortable place to sit.

Slow your mind.  

Take it all in.  

 

This is a sacred space that was made just for you.

Relax your jaw.  Relax your eyes.  

Focus on the point between the the center of your eyes and center yourself.

B R E A T H E

Now, as if a relaxing light is moving across you from head to toe, release any tension in your body.

If something hurts,  be with it.  Know that that pain has a part in your story and is divinely orchestrated just for you, just like the love in this place.

Spend the next 8 minutes intentionally breathing, feeling the expansion and collapse of your belly, ribs and chest.
