BARBARA PERKINS

Barbara A. Perkins is an Executive Leadership Coach, Inspirational Speaker, Author, and Businesswoman with over 30 years of experience in human and organizational development. She is the Co-Founder and President of the International Black Women’s Public Policy Institute (IBWPPI) and a co-founder of the Los Angeles African American Women’s Public Policy Institute (LAAAWPPI). A Harvard Kennedy School alumna and certified Life Coach, Barbara has received numerous honors, including a Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joe Biden. Through leadership, mentorship, and advocacy, she continues to empower women globally and drive positive change in communities.
