Breathing Black Love

BBL is a 15-week healing series led by Heru TchaasAmen, combining breathwork, energy healing, and African spiritual teachings. Each week, participants explore one level of a Heart Quality—such as Trust, Love, or Gratitude—through guided breathing (Buteyko), Qigong movement, and reflection.

This offering supports emotional regulation, ancestral connection, and inner peace, and aligns beautifully with WOW Gallery’s mission to be a sanctuary for Black healing, love, and liberation.

Sessions are held each Saturday at 11 AM, and will include light movement, seated practice, and group dialogue.
