Regular guest speaker to civic organizations throughout Southern California to promote awareness of hunger and need for the Food Bank and FEMA headquarters of Orange County, California


PROGRAM MANAGER, Kids Cafe Nutrition Program, Second Harvest Food Bank 

Created nutrition education program for Kids Cafe program that feeds and educates underprivileged children throughout Orange County, California. Raised teams of healthcare practitioners that serve as volunteer nutrition educators that teach healthy nutrition habits through games and activities for children ages five through eighteen.


NUTRITION SPEAKER, Homeless Shelter and Food Distribution Agencies, Second Harvest Food Bank

Taught nutrition seminar to non-profit agencies that feed the homeless of Orange County, California. Helped redesign menus to result in healthy, nutrient dense options. Event resulted in media-covered “Top Chef” cook-off competition amongst the cooks of homeless shelters.
